Malcolm and Jill Adams
Malcolm and Jill have been in the grape industry since 1987. They initially developed their 'home block' comprising Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. They have since gone on to add plantings of Pinot Gris and purchasing further properties to develop for themselves which are contract grown for four local wineries.

Malcolm gained his considerable knowledge and experience working with one of the pioneers of the early Marlborough wine industry, Henk Ruesink, before concentrating on a wider role in the industry. As well as a passion for producing quality grapes Malcolm has the role of grower consultant empowering Saint Clair Estate Wine growers to be able to strive for the highest quality within their own vineyards.

Damian Adams
Damian's early introduction to grape growing and the wine industry was through the development of the family vineyard. The hours spent in the vineyard in his youth ultimately led him to a significant change in direction by becoming qualified as an automotive engineer. After this qualification, his passion for viticulture was rediscovered and resulted in the completion of a Bachelor of Horticultural Science degree from Lincoln University.

Damian's mechanical training paired with his education give him a natural approach in the vineyard towards practicality. His professional experience in the industry includes working with large wine companies and privately owned vineyard projects, until an opportunity to join and grow Berakah Vineyard Management arose.
